He serves as the Director of 1031 Exchange Education, where he educates various professionals nationwide through Continuing Education classes on topics including the intricacies of Section 1031 Exchanges and other real estate investment and tax strategies.David has a rich background in the field, having developed and led the 1031 Exchange service at Citibank, which significantly contributed to the bank's annual deposits. He also held a leadership role at Wilmington Trust and has been involved with other national Qualified Intermediaries. His legal career includes managing his own law practice focused on business and real estate transactions, and he has been actively involved in guiding clients through 1031 Exchanges since 1992.He has presented at numerous prestigious institutions and professional associations, including The Wharton School and the National Association of REALTORS®, and has appeared on various public education programs.
