I still love that man for the opportunity that he gave to me and my family and the help I was able to give to many many families. I paid a couple of dozen death claims over the 16 years that I was with ALW/PFS. Increasing the death benefits by many thousands of dollars because I was able to speak with those families. I loved ALW, but began to dislike working for PFS after Art retired. Art use to give us better products to sell about every other year or so. But what I found when Art retired and there was a new Leadership with what became PFS we were not given better and better products to serve our clients with. Our commissions were cut as well and a lot of our freedom to run our businesses were taken away. It became a chore rather than an opportunity. I eventually left PFS and Joined Capital Choice which was started by Dick Kinnard who use to be the President of PFS Life and is also Art Williams brother in Law. Now I have nothing against PFS Except that PFS was not the same as the AL Williams company I first became apart of. I love Capital Choice because I have my freedome back and we have the best products for middle America that we could find. We are paid a higher commission to do a great job for families. Since Art Williams was never going to get back into the insurance business again, Dick and his wife Sydney decided to start an agency that would get back to putting the consumer first and to keep our agency independent for any provider groups. That way we could always be highly competitive with the great products. If a company we represent changed their philosophy so much that we could not be competitive for our clients, then we could replace them with a company that would keep the consumer first and offer great products. I love Capital Choice and recommend that any PFS person who is not happy there to check out Capital Choice. It's a great company with great Leadership and as Dick says, we kept the best and corrected the rest and where the agent is KING in the company and the consumer is always first. Those are my thoughts and I believe the represent a true opionion since I was with them from 1982 to 1998. I've been with CCFS since then. I'm happier than I have ever been. Phil
