Go to their webpages & try to download a simple form (what you would think would be standard)such as a doctors visit or a form for CT scan. You can not be so independent, you must call the claims number, go thru the automated phone system, be the "named" person on the policy holder, wait approximately two (plus) weeks for the forms to arrive, fill out the forms, send it in along with any receipts, ..... oh and go back to the doctors office (for each & every doctor that you are making a claim on for any Scans) and have them fill out their section of the paper work. Now place each claim in a separate envelope, mail to your friendly Aflac Claims Dept and hope they dont screw all your paper work up. Hell, I think I might just get back $300.00. I spent 6 hrs on it today and still need 2 doctor signatures. The best part is .... I spent over $600.00 this yr just on one policy alone! Come January .... I'm dropping Quack Quack!!!
