Primeamerica, IS one of the worst financial companies out there today. The agents are sold on a one shoe fits all type of mentality. They only sell term insurance and are generaly "part time employees". If you ask me I would want my agent to be as full time as it gets. Your agent has probably left the industry because the Primeamerica promiss is usually cloudy and often filled with deception....look to a Mutual Company in your area or get ahold of mr for some unbiased advice.
