this is an old post but lets think about it... he said he never used it, but that means he never got sick or hurt.. isn't that a good thing? if he did get hurt or sick, assuming he had that coverage, he was probably too stupid to file a claim, or maybe too ignorant to know what he has.. you pay premiums for car insurance and nobody ever says "the company sucks because they never paid me." the responses are pretty ridiculous also.
