It seems to me they go out of their way to be complete buttholes. Slightly different situation, same end result: AETNA SUCKS! I understand that its a patient's responsibility to provide documentation, but patients should not be their bookeepers; i have an FSA and I have to continuously handle the bookeeping of determining how much the negotiated fee should be; what my doctor billed me, vs what I can claim for my FSA. ridiculous.
