What I want to know is how the frack do they decide how much to pay of any given bill? With a dartboard?? When did insurance companies pay only EIGHT PERCENT of a medical bill?? I contacted them via email about this and got a "please visit our website for information, blah, blah, blah.." : : Aetna SUCKS.
