Erik: It probably won't depending on what state you are in. And the past convictions on your driving record. Some DUI convictions stay on for 10 years in come state. Agent Get a copy of that. : I'm thinking about buying a car that I have been driving for the last five years that belongs to a friend of mine. I have never owned a car outright. Question: My driving record is clean for the last three (3) years. Will car insurance reflect my driving record or the fact that I have not owned a car (no record). For the record, I am in my late 50's and unmarried.
