Very scary. : You could find another carrier but most home insurance companies will not tolerate landscape workers if they find out. : Agent : : My insurance carrier is claiming that I am required to purchase "Worker's compensation residence employees coverage" by California State Law. I do not have ANY such employees nor do I use a landscape maintenance service of any kind. What are my rights on this topic?
