: I have sold for both and currently sell for Colonial Life and Accident and would highly encourage you to do the same. Besides a much better comp plan, Colonial has a great underwriting team, excellent communications with agents and agents are much better respected with the business community in my opionion. There have been som many Aflac agents run in and out of business that it have lost respect. Colonial agents seem to be a breath of fresh air and I believe their corps benefit enrollment system offer some amazing extras from employers
