: Do you realize how much that licensing cost, you get three insurance licenses that would run you about $500 dollars depending on what state you live in, and for me its only $99.00 so that's not half bad. Also in order to get said licenses you have to be endorsed by an insurance firm (i.e., state farm, all state, etc.), so you can not just go get licensed; worse case scenario I will use them for cheap training and move on to another company when I am certified was my thought process. There called books they have words which give you knowledge and a little bit goes a long way. Oh and side note, when I was unemployed and got a job offer from All State I was told that I would first have to take the same tests but they were going to charge me $850 because of there two hour training seminar, every company is shiesty it's all about finding the least shiesty people to work for. Oh and I work for Primerica and make more in 6 months then most people make in a year, its a ya got it or ya don't business! : And as for recruiting friends, if you listened at the meeting we help people...so whats wrong with helping your friends and giving them the same opportunity you received, and its called an opportunity because it is just that they give it to you and what you do with it is no ones choice but your own there not gonna hold your hand and hope you get better at it because at that point they know you won't! : I am done after this I promise, at the meeting they were not selling anything dear they were informing you, the point comes when you show some initiative and ambition. New higher training is one of the highest expenses a company faces, there making sure you get to the point before they waste there time and money. It is a smart company they took a lot of smart business models and combined them to work for them and us. Books...there fun!
