My hushband paid long term care insurance premiums for 25 years. At age 85 he fell and should have qualifyed for their "nursing home insurance". AFLAC would not play the long term care benefit. Each subsequent denial letter included a new excuse. They do not stand behind their product. They do not back up agent representations. The president does not address complaint letters. Don't trust AFLAC Company. : Can't agree more! : Grant : http://www.rtgconsultants.com/ : : Never, never never sign a blank form! : : CC : : : : : Jennifer, : : : Contact AFLAC directly at 800-462-3522. I'm sure AFLAC will take care of your situation. Unfortunately insurance agents like the one you had give us all a bad name. Paul
