Aflac is one of the best companies for doing what they say, paying claims and problem resolution. It sounds as though you may have had an agent that was relatively new and they messed up. You should seek to speak with the regional director to escalate the matter and have it resolved. Although, if Aflac has said they have mailed a check, you can count on oit that they have in fact mailed a check. : You really should not base your belief on what is most likely the error of one agent. Many people can attest that Aflac has been the financial savior in a time of need. : Best of luck to you.
