The business would be worth much less if it was non portable, but typically the client buys life insurance because they trust the agent and feel comfortable with them.

Once the applicant & life insurer put the policy in place, there is not much work to be done unless they cancel or non renew their policy.

Yes the agent loses their trailers, but they also have an ability to sell the customer new goods and services and they would not have to service the old policies if they were working elsewhere.

: Is Primerica Life Insurance the only company concerned about clients? Pretty pompous. If you think you own your own Primerica business, try and sell it!
: you can't at Primerica, so you own zilch.

: : I would also state Primerica is a good life insurance company. They had a very successful IPO, licensed nationwide, and made many people rich. They help people reduce debt, get them covered and help them become financially solvent.

: : : Primerica Life Insurance only sells one type of insurance, so consumers should not fear the unethical practices of typical life insurance companies. Unethical practices peddling of cash value life insurance policies - the bait and switch approach by selling you increasing term policy, then after you complain, switching you into cash value life insurance.
