I am not "working" for primerica nor am I really against it. A little background on me I am a licensed insurance broker, I used to work for the oldest insurance company in the U.S. I do know a thing or 2 about insurance. I know have a job which I love and make really good money doing. Which is not a MLM, lol.

My room-mate has been with Primerica for a short time now. In the past 4 months hes has made some money from "working" there. He goes to all the meetings, sets up appointments and is in fact a great salesman.

I didn't like the company, doesn't mean it is bad. But from what I have seen in him, is they keep promising $$$. He like to make fun of me because I work for someone and not myself everyday I hear something about "my financial future is set...is yours?" In my short time on this earth the only thing I know for sure, if you get an education work hard and spend your money in the right way you will "set your finacial future" They tell you things that make your eyes grow big with $$ signs and let you know if other people are not doing this they will not have a future.

Is Primerica bad, no, is it for me no. If you take a look at how they make their money, its not from insurance sales. Its from getting people to sign up under them. its from the $25 fee every month to host a website. Its from going into someones home not selling them anything other then their dreams. Right now everyone is struggling with money, even my roommate who is having his gf paying his rent, even though he works from primerica where he will have his financial future set.

The whole reason they want families with kids to offer their services to, is to use a scare tactic such as "don't you want your kids going to a nice college" "will your family be set if you die tomorrow" but you know what that is sales.

Bottom line if you have no problem "tricking" people to work under you, then promising them money if they get people to work under them then by all means jump and this train and "earn" you financial freedom.

Oh and just because you wear business attire all day and talking about money you will make:
Does not mean you have money
