What about if John had a bad driving record? Over 40,000 Americans die each year in auto accidents. Life insurers sometimes check driving records for high limit policies.
If John has a lead foot, John Hancock may have picked up on it. He may have to just settle for getting quotes until the ticket disappears from his driving record.
