I did get a life producer's liscense out of it, which I could not have obtained more cheaply on my own ... : As for the recruiting ... : I have to admit it's totally unorthodox, and I wish it was completely seperate from my compensation as a sales rep - to be honest, I'd rather make my own sales on my own time than always be worriying about what my team is doing. As I mentioned, I'm branching into my own company, and I'm really looking for some intermediary income until I can support myself solely from my own business. But is the recruiting an inherent flaw in itself?
