My insurance company (mercury) said they would only pay 50% of the repair cost, because "those cars are low to the ground and the damage was probably already there" When I said I have pictures taken just days before, thier answer was are they from under the car? Because the paint was scraped off so some of the groundafect was even if there was no damage. Are they kidding with this?
