: ALOT OF COMPANIES WILL TRY AND DETER YOU AWAY FROM PRIMERICA BECAUSE OF THE TERM LIFE THEN INVEST THE REST ATTITUDE. PRIMERICA IS FREEING UP FAMILIES FROM DEBT FASTER AND QUICKER!

: : : I've read a lot of posts on here about Primerica as a business opportunity, etc. What I really want to know is what if you're a potential customer talking to one of these agents??? Are their products and this SMART loan really worth while or are they a bunch of crap? I'm just looking to consolidate some debt and increase my monthly cash flow is all.

: : : Thanks for any help.

: : Tom,

: : If you need to consolidate your bills and find yourself in need of using a high risk carrier such as Primerica, Town & Country or Ameriquest, do so with caution. If you do your homework on the fee's that will be charged you'll be fine.
: : As for Primericas other product's IMHO you will find MUCH better rates for just about everything they sell. Don't believe me? Get a quote for some term insurance from them, then call any broker, the saving is amazing.... As for the mutual funds, they do have some with decent performance but there loads and or back end charges are as close to the max as can be allowed by law.

Tom,

I don't know what your current situation is. However, if you have a good respectable Primerica Rep they will always do what is in your best interest. That doesn't always mean refinancing. There are alot of factors that come in to play when you are looking at refinancing. I am a District leader for Primerica, and there have been several times when I felt that my client would not benefit from our SMART loan, maybe they were planning on selling the home in a couple years and would not be able to recover closing expenses. If someone does have any credit card debt, many times the loan won't make any sense. Each situation is different. Our life insurance is rated A++, that is the highest you can get. If everyone of our clients were to die we could and would pay all the death benefits, only 41 companies can say that. You will find cheaper insurance,I have no argument with that, however what you won't find is the ability to reinsure yourself at the age of 60-70+ with your current cheaper company without having to prove insurability. How important is that, well with my clients, I educate them on how to accumulate a large retirement egg, so the need for insurance is not needed after that age, but if some developes terminal cancer, diabetes, or some other life threating disease and they need that insurance they can get it with primerica WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH MEDICAL EXAMS. Sure they will have to pay the higher premiums for their age but they are guaranteed insurability. That can be huge for someone who has a terminal disease. I truely believe there are bad people in all lines of work, but what we do for families and people is good, if there is someone doing someone wrong in our line of work it will cost them thier license...period Best of luck to you. RED
