Our 1970 F-100 Custom SB 4x4 was stolen. We assumed that since we had paid our premiums for Comprehensive which covers theft/vandalism that we wouldn't have to worry once our 32 year old vehicle was recovered. We were WRONG! The Geico adjuster, Jason Douglas lied to me. Lie #1: We will pay all storage and tow fees on your truck. A California Highway Patrol Investigartor informed me that they pay the storage and tow on stolen vehicles held in storage. Lie # 2: Jason Douglas informed me that he extended our rental car for 30 days. It was a good thing I contacted the rental car company because Jason Lied! We would have been stuck for that extra thirty days.
Geico has not honored the policy that we purchased. They defrauded us. Do not buy Geico Insurance. They are a major rip-off company that scams the public.
