I just attended a career briefing with Aflac and it all sounded interesting. I have an interview scheduled for Monday and wanted to ask you all some questions, especially those that may have worked as an independent agent with Aflac.
During the briefing, they were vague about initial compensation, am I on my own until I start bringing in accounts? I understand that I have to pay for my own license, what is the typical cost for everything involved in that?

Is there anything I should know before going in for the interview? I have never worked in insurance before... any help would be appreciated.
