In April of I asked about the change of rate for a move to Miami,FL. I did not like the rate and shortly cancelled my policy. AIG charged me a rate increase for the time from when I asked about the Florida rate and my cancellation of the policy. No matter that I was still in Illinois at the time in question. How does one get charged Florida rates when living in Illinois. Next AIG caused a credit collection agency to enter my life. Thanks alot AIG. The better business bureau has been told all of this.
