TO: Ken
Ken--I was actually replying to GV, not you; he said YOU were guilty of "liable". I was pointing out to him that it was "lible" and the quote was included to indicate that if you are teling the truth (you are, in my opinion), there is no case for lible.
It was never my intent to "bash" you, but actually GV, who appears yet another brain-dead RVP-created clone.
mea culpa already....
: TO: KEITH
: FROM: KEN YOUNG
: Okay, so I did a typo. You want to make a Federal case out of it? You are going to need something better than that.
: "The truth shall set you free", only applies to those who are telling the truth, did you forget that?
: What does my spelling and grammar have to do with all the other libelous and defaming things that have been posted directed towards have to do with it?
: To point out to me that my spelling errors and the grammar I use is not libel and I have never contended that it was.
: All you are doing when you correct the spelling of others on a pubic forum is being guilty of bad "Netiguette", so I have recently read.
: This would be especially true when the poster uning bad "Netiguette" has also posted many message misspelling words in their message text also.
: In addition, there is no law prohibiting misspelled words appearing on the internet.
: There is no law prohibiting incorrect English grammar either.
: Good grief, Keith. Read our country's constitution. It reads, ...."in order to create a "more perfect" Union"....
: "More perfect is incorrect grammar. If something is perfect, it is perfect. If it is round, it is round. If it is square, it is square.
: Give the viewers of this board a break, will you please? Now that appears the "Ken Young" bashers have ceded from using this board as a springboard to do their thing, this board has something good going for it.
: Why don't you take your bashing back over to the Ken Young bashing and libeling Internet address over at the "Wars" message board where you have posted before?

: : TO:GV
: : By the way, its "lible" not "liable". Liable is what you are when guilty of negligence.
: : Oh, and the defense--"the truth shall set you free"...
: :
: : : TO: GV
: : : FROM: KEN YOUNG
: : : Golly shucks GV, you have just made the calculations I have been using as a guideline look like a windfall.
: : : I use a calculation figure of one and one-half percent of the 100,000 agent field force attaining that six-figure income that you "Dorks" so readily orchestrate and throw around to consumers as an inducement for them to pony up their $199 and join the organization.
: : : You say that only 290 agents in the field force attain the goal of attaining that six-figure and seven figure income. You said it, I didn't.
: : : Your figures calculate to only three-tenths of one-percent earning that figure, so you say.
: : : You need to read my postings and my website more carefully because you have just taken a "poison pill" which would just give another reason for consumers to disregard the company's agents who use that false, misleading and deceptive six-figure income carrot dangle inducement.
: : : The Primerica own website discloses information that contradicts the information you have posted. Is it the Primerica Home Office who is posting to the Internet erroneous earnings information or is it you who is posting erroneous information percentages of total agents attaining that six-figure income level?
: : : I'm satisfied that the Primerica Corporate Home Office knowns more about their payroll than you do so even though you have stated that those who actually attain the six-figure income (a paltry three-tens of one percent), I'll keep using the companies posted information of a paltry one and one half percent in spite of you controdicting your corporate home office.
: : : As far as you posted statement that I am attempting to "take down" the company, once again you seem to be having a problem with posting correct information.
: : : I have let it be known under no uncertain terms that I am not attempting to take down neither the company or the PFS Sales Division. My mission is simply to bring pressure to bear on the company to order certain changes in the false, misleading and deceptive Sales, marketin, replacement of in-force existing insurance, Mutual Fund, Mortgage refinancing and RECRUITING practises that are use to induce consumers into engaging into a business relationship with the company.
: : : I do not and never will have enough clout to take any insurance down, but as I have demonstated in the past my work has certainly contributed to Pru and the coach himself to clean up their acts somewhat wouldn't you agree?
: : : Besides that, the Regulators and the Legal Community are the entities who are doing a good job in knocking down Citgroup and Primerica from their pedestals wouldn't you also agree?
: : : By the way, don't be fooled about the cop-out reports that I am seeking this so called revenge as you have stated in your postings.
: : : The truth of the matter was that when I was active the Williams gang attempted to repace my client's inforce 124 times. Out of those 124 times they were only successful three times. Out of those three times I would up replacing the term policies that replaced the inforce I had sold two times after the clients had joined and then soon after quit the Williams group. The other client who I had never written the inforce to begin with had only been assigned to me for service and nothing more than that. I was only receiving a service commission on their contract on nothing more than that which was one and one half percent of the annual premium.
: : : What this equates to is, of all of the clients I had personally written, I didn't lose even one replacement attempt to the "Dorks" (the uninformed) with the exception of losing some time conserving business when I could been out selling new insurance.
: : : Now there a few positive aspects of the incidences. First one is, I obtained names of the persons who had recommended my clients to the "Dorks" and many times I went over to visit these people and replaced their brand new MILICO policy by just comparing Pru's term premium to what they had to pay for their MILICO policy telling them to invest that difference in premium also.
: : : Do you know Bill Orender, Clarence Goforth and/or Mike Tuttle in Dallas, Texas. They will tell you that what I say is true. They are the three people who complained to Williams that my material I carried with me to assist me in conserving my business was causing them a lot of problems.
: : : When their people would lie to the public orchestrating that the FTC endorsed Temporary Term Life Insurance and I would whip out that letter from the FTC Legal Department that read, "The FTC does not endorse any form of life insurance including the products made available to the public by the A.L. Williams company, boy would they go ballistice. Especially Goforth who one evening was working with a "Newbie" and he lost his replacement attempt when we met at the clients house.
: : : Finally, if you are really familiar with returns on investments, I think you will agree with me that a $75,000 return free from attorney fees and court costs back almost twenty-years ago was a pretty good return for putting up none of my own money at risk and investing only my time.
: : : The $75,000 damages settlement was about $8,000 more than I earned the previous year. The $75,000 back in 1985 equates to the purhasing power of approximately $200,000 needed today to puchase the same goods and services.
: : : Now that I think about it, maybe you should suggest to one of the NSDs, maybe even Mike Tuttle or Bill Orender that we take another go at it since the new set of false, misleading and deceptive inducements have obviously been approved by them.
: : : That would be cute. There is Sandy Weill sitting at deposition surrounded by the best of the best New York Madison Avenue Attorneys and when he is questioned about his personal role in approving these questionable business practices while he was the CEO of Primerica, being that he has recently finished being raked over the coals by the Congressional Committee Investigation the role Citgroup played in the Enron and Worldcom fiasco, maybe Sandy will turn around and possibly say, hey look guys, don't blame me. I have been attemting to dump the sales division and even possibly sell Primerica itself as the rumors have been flying that I am attempting to do.
: : : You have stated that PFS isn't for everybody. I disagree with you. PFs is for everbody who wants to spend a lot of money in attempting to earn a six-figure income and they fail to which according to your figure represent 99.7% of those who try.
: : : Now would I lie? You posted and confirmed those failure percentages yourself, I didn't.
: : : Ken Young
: : : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
: : : : Jade,
: : : : Authors like John Maxwell and Tom Hopkins do seminars specifically designed for PFS. Tom actually stated that he will never, never do this for any other insurance company. They do their seminars at reduced cost to PFS - eg. Tom's 3 day sales "boot camp" usually costs around $2,000 plus hotel costs, but PFS' ppl only have to pay under $200 plus hotel costs. Now you have ppl saying that PFS pays these guys - maybe, but I don't know, but think how many other companies would actually do this for an employee.
: : : : Also, this year PFS will be paying out $600 million in commission fees. With under 40 ppl making $1-4 million, and 250 that make $100,000 to $500,000, that leaves a bunch to the rest of the ppl.
: : : : Now Ken will come up with hundreds of different excuses to why you shouldn't join, but that's only because of his background. He's on a revenge kick. I read on the internet (so take this as heresay) that he lost thousands of clients to PFS while working with Prudential(?) (I think it was in Dallas, TX). He lost his job and got mad at both Pru and PFS. Can't blame him for that, really. But he should go on with his life. I'd want to spend my time with my grandkids rather than on a hate filled, revenge talking research tour. My in-laws even think that he's kind of arrogant.
: : : : But anyway, PFS isn't for everybody, as the figures will tell you. Yeah, they lose quite a bit, but lots of jobs do. How many ppl can talk to strangers about their money? I can't, but at least I'm going to try. Do your research and whatever you do, I wish you the best of luck.

: : : : p.s. - To Ken Young: in regards my post to you about Sun Tzu's "The Art of War"... this book is suggested reading by some of the Fortune 500 companies. Despite the fact you compared it to books by Adolf Hitler and Rummel (both Nazi's... interesting you would mention them) and saying they're both dead and no use to them, you could say that about your Constitution - what good is it to the guys who wrote it? Tzu's book is also vital to the US military. Read the book, Ken. It's historical as well as interesting reading. Keep trying to take down PFS, Ken, but try to remember that there is more to life than PFS.
