Dear Sirs, I have a complaint I wish to make. I have use this insurance (Farmers) for three
years now, and I so far have been pleased. Recently, I contacted my
insurance agent to ask a question, and found him to be quite unprofessional.
I informed this person that he was rude and he was not being professional with me. I then asked
for who employ's him, and was given the run around at first, until he
realized how serious I was. After receiving his managers name and number, I
called and left a message for the manager. To date that manager has not returned my call
to see what exactly was my concern. My insurance does not run out until 11/30/02. Is this the way your insurance agents are suppose to treat their valued
customers? Ms. Robinson
