: My policy is being cancelled because we made 2 claims in 3 years. Our contract never stated the criteria for cancellation and my agent never acted in my best interest when they encouraged me to make the claims. I was misled into believing they were glad to be of service when they knew I was in jeopardy of cancellation. The 2nd claim was the result of the citywide black out NY and simply involved a refrigerator. I feel they set me up for an excuse to cancel. I'm in N.Y. Who can I call or what can I do?
