I have had various products from AFLAC. However, for some reason I received a letter stating that I have to reinstate my coverage for short term disability. My policy number is P0728433 and my account number is 25899. I have continued to have the premiums taken out of my pay check. Why has this policy lapsed????????????? Please provide me an answer.
