When I recently appled for and got Insurance from Farmers I was informed that I had a less than perfect Ins. "score". I then sent off for and recieved my credit report from trans-union that you used for determining my status. It was perfect. My agent can not tell me why our rates were adjusted and for what reasons. If it was not our flawless credit report then what other information do you gather and why. Neither my wife nor I have any troubles what-so-ever with violations of the law, accidents, credit. We are both held blameless before our God and Man. So what possibly could have brought our report down to a less than perfect rating? Please reply soon as I am very concerned about this, and where, if anywhere, Farmers got any negative information on my wife or I.
