: I have had State Farm Insurance for 14 years in the sate of Virginia, and have had nothing but excellent service and have recomended them to many other people looking for insurance. I have since moved to the state of Maine and wanted to stay with State Farm. Well I have found the wrong agent, Kari Klien in Augusta, ME. Her office has made me feel like a second class citizen. A problem came up in the bank draft payment and her office has refused to quickly resolve it. One of her assistance, April, many times when talking to her treats me as if other coustomers are more important then me reminding me that I am not her only client. To think that being a loyal State Farm client for 14 years means little of nothing is sad, and makes me wonder how many others have been treated the same way by her office. That is why I am looking to a different insurance company where years of loyality mean something.
