I have worked for Aflac for about 7 months now. They will tell you where to go to get your license, but you will have to pay for it. It is not hard as long as you study. They give you all the forms and brochuers you want for free but not incentive items like ducks or hats. They are better than Primerica in that they have a better reputaion and do try to pay all claims. It is commision only. NO benefits at all. About 90% turn over rate. Yes 90%. If you leave you can not take your clients with you. I hope this answers all your questions. A few extra notes. They will tell you that you are your own boss, however you will still have a manager he/she will have bosses. Aflac is set up like a pyramid. You will also drive the tires off your car. You will also have to by a $2000.00 computer from Aflac. You will not get an office or reimbursement for anything, however most things, milage, computer ect are tax deductable. It all depends on your situation now. If you dont need health benefits, and can survive on $32,000 your first year, go for it. Good Luck
