We told my daughter to get an attorney, she thought that the witness statement would be enough. Apparently Progressive doesnt give a hoot about the truth as long as they can pocket all the money they can. I found out my daughter had previously been insured by Progressive but left them when they raised her premiums from a little over $800 to over $1200 for no reason. She had no accidents or claims.
