I urge you to contact AFLAC at 1-800-992-3522 & ask for the claims dept. Whatever their response make sure you get a reference number. Good luck!

: I have cancer and extremely high deductible bills. My wife and I have been seperated for four years. She is collecting all of the AFLAC insurance checks and cashing them and keeping them. She is the actual policy holder but I am the one that is sick. Is this legal?
