Better check the validity of your information.

You provide information that is untrue because none of those liens presently exist.

You have utilized personal information without authorization and are continuing to do so. That is a felony. Read the statute. Have the person that will be your criminal defense attorney read it.

You attempt to manipulate the facts so it appears it all came from public sources. It did not.

You said that you were utilizing "inspection reports". You were not authorized to obtain or utilize any improperly obtained information relating to me in any way.

You want to muddy the water so that you can't be held to felony charges. You are obviously guilty. You obviously are at a disadvantage because there are things I know that you can't possibly know. It proves what I say and shows you to be a liar.

Let's take a poll.

People here can vote if they think you are guilty of the statutes I posted. The postings were cut and paste. These are the same kinds of people that would be on your jury. Want to see how the vote goes?

I will also strongly suggest that any postings that contain my SSN be immediately removed. If the owner of this message board knows that Ken Young is in violation, or could be in violation, of numerous statutes... you are remiss in not being proactive. I'd gladly like to see this end, but I fear we are dealing with a mentally ill individual that only a jail is going to stop.
