little old lady backed into car while parked in apartment garage. smashed right rear quarterpanel slammed left side into post damaged side mirror. Wiseguy adjuster said left side damage "old sideswipe." Went over his head to my agent got it paid for but still it pi$$es me off. Highest rates in nation there! took one month to fix. Inspector Clousseau Hackensack cop missed left side damage when he wrote it up! I missed the actual accident and cop came before I was called down there. What a company
