I work for monumental right now and it works off an old style debit run book. Which means you have to chase down your people on your book of business to get them to pay thier premium from business that you didn't even right. If they lapse you get hit with it even if you didn't write it and it could be 20 years old. No Leads. You have to find your own prospects. A lot of wear and tear on your car and cell phone. Good points are guarenteed salary for the first 3 months. approx $1,150 2x a month. Manager will help you for the first 3 months to write business with you and build up your sales pool. Your in fron of people all day so you will be able to get your prospects in person rather than cold calling. bonus structure works off of 3 months business combined. I hope this helps: I just recently received my license and am wondering if Monumental Life in Indiana is a good place to start as an agent. Do they support and train you and the like? Any reply is appreciated.
