Good points are guarenteed salary for the first 3 months. approx $1,150 2x a month. Manager will help you for the first 3 months to write business with you and build up your sales pool. Your in fron of people all day so you will be able to get your prospects in person rather than cold calling. bonus structure works off of 3 months business combined.
