I'm having all sorts of trouble with Empire Insurance.
Can't even get the Adjuster respond in a decent amount of time. The first adjuster ignored every deadline for response and when told either to settle or face a lawsuit they switched adjusters and claimed they needed more time. That was four months ago. I was wondering others have received the same run around from Empire insurance. This all invovles a back injury that one of there clients caused on Jan 6th 2001
