I had a collision inside a car wash while both vehicles were in neutral and the machinery somehow collided us. There were 4 adult witnesses, two per vehicle, who agreed on all the facts. The car wash operator maintains that no contact occurred, even though we took photos of the damage using their own Polaroid camera at the time of collision! State Farm has said they will not cover the deductible, that we are on our own to sue the operator for the lost deductible. Each time I speak to State Farm I get sent to another individual who is unaware of the content of the file and absolutely uninterested in resolving the issue. This seems to be a professional stonewalling operation and a company to avoid regardless of the rates.
