State Farm has said they will not cover the deductible, that we are on our own to sue the operator for the lost deductible. Each time I speak to State Farm I get sent to another individual who is unaware of the content of the file and absolutely uninterested in resolving the issue. This seems to be a professional stonewalling operation and a company to avoid regardless of the rates. : Susan, why do you think the deductible shouldn't apply here? State Farm's obligation in only to cover the loss less any deductible on the policy. Did you file a claim with the car wash liability carrier? : Johnny
