Jeff, I was concerned when my doctor told me that our large local hospital was dropping United Healthcare. We had no problems the last time we carried United Healthcare and I was looking forward to it after two years of having to send back almost every claim to be refiled as network with One Health Plan. The reason I replied to your posting is: You have a policy, you know what is covered, if your claims are covered under your policy then they should be paid. Send them back and get your doctors to prove eligibility if you need to. After you have sent back 30 claims in one year because of mistakes by the insurance company you can get more people to listen to what you are saying.
