: : To Whom it may concern, : : My name is Ray K. Patterson from Buda, TX. I have been with Farmers sense I was 15 years old, I am now 45. Recently we had a accident and had to get our auto repaired and get a rental car. When I contacted Farmers about the accident, I asked them if the repair place I was going to was okay. Farmers said yes and I then asked about a rental car. I was told that I had coverage and to go on and contact the car rental place. I asked the company if Enterprise was okay and said that was fine, they would only pay $20.00 a day. Now I am contacted by the car rental company telling me that Farmers will not pay them and the amount was taken out of my checking account. I need to know what is going on and why this has not been taken care of. Enterprise has contacted Farmers several times and has had not response from you. I called Farmers and was now told that they have a contract with Heriz (sp) Car Rental. I was never told this and have used Enterprise in the past and the amount was paid in full. What I believe has happened is that your carrier is on a direct bill contract with Hertz and not Enterprise. Call your claims adjuster and see if you can submit the Enterprise bill if you can be reimbursed by the carrier. : Johnny
