Robert--if you were an officer in the Coast Guard, I could say the answer is definitely "yes". If not, you will have to contact them and see if you fall under one of their eligibility categories as a non-com.

: I would like to know if I am still eligable to get insurance through USAA. I was in the Coast Gaurd from Nov. 1978 to Jan. 1985. And if I am who or where do I contact to find out about rates and cost.
