: American general really sucks we have had a loan with them for years. And all they do is lie and call their clients liars. Had a run in with one of them the other day and she said that we still owed some money that we haven't paid but then she said that they were checks that had bounced. I don't think so, so I asked her which ones bounced and she said that she didn't know. That she would find out and let me know. Guess what she never called back. My husband call them and she denied saying that. American General has stupid people working for them. It's about time that someone do something about them. Patty
