I am an individual who has been abuse by Famers
dispute paymet system since Auguest 2001. At first they separate my initial claim into six
claims and they paid the major claim which to dug
up my slab undernead my house to do the repair and another claim that paid for little over $500. Now they got my entire house ripped out with the
Mold Remediation. They keep giving me the run arounds. The Build back estimate was issued by
Farmer March 6, whick was half of what all other
contractors estimated to do the job properly. Thir atittute was take it or leave it. I agreed
the term of offer and yet still waiting for the
payment. My house build back repairs is about to finished, and Farmers still not tell me when my
payment is going to come. I am having to dig my own savings to fund the contractor of my build back repairs. I am all stress out by calling everyday, dealing with the unknown, lost tenants, lost sleep, lost weight, and lost of wages. Yes, if I may I would like to became part of the class action suit.
