on may 18 ,2003 i had too turn a claim in on my scuba equitment that was taking from the back end of my p.u,claim no.(47-m11-770)pol. no.47-bn-2723-8,they took the tape interview on monday,with ray a team manger from the dupont office here in washington state,after the interview he told me that he would be handing my claim,i told him i needed my scuba replace as soon as possible ,i also told him all i had was a tape that showed all my equitment,he said they be no problem,so on tues i gave the tape to the rec. at the tukwila office,the next thing i new my claim got transfer to julie who works at the tukwila office,when i called on thurs to see how my claim was doing ,i was told that she only works mon-wed.(is this the way u treat your loyal policy holders after 13 years,also when i called my agent they said she waasn,t there,it wasn,t until i went in that i was told that she that didn,t she didn,t work there anymore,i recive no letter or phone called saying she left,so when i finlly got to talk to julie, she was rude and all she wanted was my cancelled checks and c.c cards recicts for the diving equitment,she new that i had no rec,but she wouldn,t take no for an answer,then my claim was transfer again to a ben remak(425-806-6530),i was able to find some doc. for him,but ray sent me a letter saying my deductible was 500.00,then ben called me and said that ray made a misstake and my deductible was a 1000.00,ray admitted he made a misstake but ben said that state farm would not cover it,also ben took so much off for depr. that i can,t even go out and get my drysuit,out of a 4300.00 claim i got 2700.00,state farm has cause me so much stress and personal grief its not funny,i think state farm owns me 500.00 just for the crap i had to put up with,u say u take care of your policy holders ,i think u don,t the customer service here stinks,your claim rep are so bad i can,t even tell u Expe julie,when my policy comes up for renewal i wont renew until this matter is resolved,thanks,mike broderick
