Ken you should quit while you're behind. You don't know anything about PIP or No Fault and it SHOWS. Ever heard of a PIP threshold? Nope, thought not.

More education for you:

the passenger is covered under no fault (if it applies in this state); if they incur no more bills than the threshold (usually $3,000-5,000) and have no permanent injuries, they cannot pursue a tort claim against the at-fault parties.

PIP under No Fault carries some limited benefits for lost wages, as well as for "services" in my state.

YOu really don't know what you are talking about ken. You look worse and worse with every post.

What is with the obsession with Mike Weaver? He must have really upset you big time in the past, as you mention him in virtually every post.

Anyway, your responses are laughable. I will continue to counter misleading and incorrect information you put out to the public.

: But kenny boy, you don't even know if she lives in a No-Fault State. Only states with No Fault Laws have PIP.

: : PIP covers anyone in the insured vehicle, whether they are policyholders or not. In my state, it also covers pedestrians and bicycle riders injured by an insured vehicle.

: : In states without no fault laws, the only coverage automatically available to those riding in the vehicle would be Medical Payments. In excess of that, the passengers (in absence of a family or guest statute) could sue the at-fault party for damages including their medical costs.

: : Keep it up kenny. You continue to make me look good. Your all-caps rantings look like those of a spoiled child. Your grammar is actually worse than most 3rd graders'.

: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: YOU ARE SUCH AN IGNORAMUS, NOT A PLAIN INGNORAMUS BUT A GROSS IGNORAMUS 144 TIMES MORE IGNORANT THAN A PLAIN IGNORAMUS.

: YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF ALL FORMS OF INSURANCE IS MUCH LESS THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS.

: THAT'S WHY YOU FAILED IN THE INSURANCE BUSINESS, IT WAS BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT.

: YOU SEE JERK-O, NO FAULT INSURANCE DOESN'T APPLY IN THIS THIS ACCIDENT BECAUSE THE PASSENGER WAS SITTING IN THE CAR OF THE DRIVER WHO WAS AT FUALT OF THE ACCIDENT.

: NO FAULT IS FOR THE DRIVER WHO IS NOT THE CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT AND HE MAKES CLAIM AGAINST HIS OWN COMPANY.

: ARE YOU EVER GOING TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED ABOUT YOUR ALLEGED EDUCATION THAT BEING, FROM WHICH UNIVERSITY DID YOU GET YOUR SO CALLED COLLEGE DEGREE FROM AND IF YOU ADMIT OR DENY YOU HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD.

: YOUR GRAMMAR DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH EITHER WHEN YOU POST MESSAGES. I SUSPECTED FROM THE BEGINNING WHO YOU REALLY WERE PLAYING YOUR FACADE AND TALKING TO YOURSELF ON MESSAGE BOARDS AND THEN ANSWERING WITH RESPONSES YOUR OWN QUESTIONS.

: YOU JUST CAN'T STAY AWAY FROM OUR MESSAGE BOARD, JUST LIKE SETH COULDN'T, AND BUBBA FAT WEAVER COULDN'T STOP PICKING MY BRAINS FOR QUALIFIED INFORMATION, HUH?

: IF YOU WERE FOLLOWING WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PRU MATTER, BUBBA FAT WOULD THEN START RELYING UPON MY PRU MESSAGE BOARD FOR THE EXHIBITS I WAS POSTING AND THEN HE WOULD WALK IN MY SHADOW AFTER I HAD CUT HIM OFF FROM SHARING INFORMATION.

: IT IS THEN WHEN I CUT HIM OFF FROM ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN THE INSURANCE FRAUD CONSULTING WORLD HIS CONSULTING BUSINESS WENT "KA-PUT" AND HIS WIFE DIVORCED HIM.

: IN FACT, I STILL HAVE IN FILE PROOF OF THAT WHERE ON HIS OWN WEBSITE HE POSTED THANKS TO ME FOR PROVIDING HIM WITH A COPY OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA ECONOMIC CRIMES REPORT WHICH HE ABSOULTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH AND I DID.

: HE EVEN RECEIVED "ZIP" IN HIS BOGUS LAWSUIT HE FILED AGAINST PRU AND IN MY LAWSUIT I RECEIVED SOMETHING OUT OF IT.

: CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS, HE WAS FIRED FROM PRU BECAUSE HE WAS LAST IN HIS OFFICE ONLY EARNING $8.77 A WEEK IN NEW BUSINESS COMMISSIONS AFTER BEING ON PROBATION FOR THREE MONTHS BEING GIVEN A CHANCE TO BRING HIS PERSONAL ABILITY TO PERFORM UP TO PAR, AND THEN HE FILES HIS BOGUS LAWSUIT ALLEGING THAT THE PRU HAD WRONGFULLY SUED HIM CONTENDING THAT THEY WERE PREJUDICE AGAINST HIM AND ALL LOSERS LIKE HIM.

: IN ADDITION, AFTER HE WAS FIRED, HE WAS UNCOVERED AS ONE OF THOSE AGENTS WHO HAD SOLD QUITE A FEW OF THOSE UNLAWFULL INTERNAL REPLACEMENT POLICIES KNOWN AS "CHURNING" CLIENT'S CASH ACCUMULATED IN THEIR POLICIES.

: HE WENT AROUND LIKE THE HABITUAL LIAR HE IS WELL KNOWN TO BE SAYING THAT PRU FIRED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS A "CONSUMER ADVOCATE".

: SORRY BUB, BUT YOU CAN'T LIE YOURSELF OUT OF THIS ONE EITHER. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT "NO FAULT" COVERAGE IS EITHER.

: WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE, THIS IS ONE SUBJECT YOU PERSONALLY CAN NOT BLUFF YOUR
: WAY THROUGH WANTING TO BE AN INSURANCE ADVISOR AND CONSULTANT.

: I REALLY SHOULD BE FLATTERED THAT YOU STILL HAVE THE NEED TO PICK BY BRAINS FOR INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE.

: YOU ARE NOW WANTING TO KNOW ALL ABOUT "NO FAULT" INSURANCE COVERAGE TOO.

: WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO EVEN RENEW YOUR LICENSE WITHOUT YOUR CHECK BOUNCING AGAIN, OR IS IT THAT THE STATE WON'T RENEW YOUR LICENSE UNTIL YOU GO THROUGH ALL THE STEPS NECESSARY TO TAKE THE STATE TEST AGAIN.

: COULD IT BE THAT THE STATE HAS TOLD YOU THAT THEY WILL NOT RE-LICENSE YOU BECAUSE OF RECORD WHEN YOU WERE LICENSED? DO YOU ADMIT OR DENY THAT YOU HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD? HMMMMM

: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

: : So tell us all, oh insurance wizard, oh learned one, two questions:

: : : : 1. What does PIP stand for and is it present in every state?

: : : -------------------------------->>>>>>>>

: : : I NEGLECTED TO ADD THIS JUST SO YOU WON'T BOTHER ME AGAIN WITH YOUR ELIMENTARY QUESTIONS.

: : : PIP IS FOR A COVERED PERSON LISTED ON THE POLICY AND ALSO COVERS THE DEFINED OTHER VEHICLES AND TRAILERS OWNED BY THE INSURED SUCH AS LOSS OF SALARY FROM AN ACCIDENT ETC., ETC.

: : : PIP DOESN NOT COVER ANYONE NOT LISTED AS A COVERED PERSON DRIVING THE VEHICLE.

: : : SO IF THE IQUIRER'S SON WAS AN ADULT NOT LIVING WITH HIS MOTHER, KISS OFF "BOZO", THE INFORMATION YOU STATED IN YOUR MESSAGE TO THE INQUIRER SURROUNDING YOUR VERSION OF PIP IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF UNINFORMED "HOGWASH".

: : : CHALLENGING YOUR INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE IS SIMILAR TO ME DUELING WITH AN UNARMED AND UNINFORMED ADVERSARY.
: : : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

: :
: : : : 2. Why did you seeminly separate medical/medpay coverage and bodily injury coverage? If she had no PIP/med pay coverage, would BI cover her medical bills in the settlement or not?

: : : : I know you won't answer the questions because you don't know.

: : : : Again, a battle of knowledge with you is much like the movie "The Untouchables" - as the great Sean Connery's character said - "...always bringing a knife to a gunfight"...

: : : : Your lack of knowledge and sanity is amusing.

: : :
: : : : : : "Assuming that your son is an adult, yes, he can sue you up to the limits of your insurance Bodily Injury coverage and also for reimbursement of medical costs also if you have that coverage in your policy."

: : : : : : Bodily injury settlements are determined based upon damages incurred, such as medical costs. Therefore "medical costs" are included in bodily injury coverage. If PIP coverage or medical payments are available under the policy (often $3,000-5,000 for medical expenses only), then that coverage would be paid outside of any lawsuit and without regard to whether your son may sue you.

: : : : : : "Since you say you were at fault for the accident, don't be surprised if the company raises your premium. Ask your son to pay for the increase in your insurance premium, only fair."

: : : : : : ??? This woman is obviously quite distraught. I do not see how an obviously flippant statement, trivializing her situation helps her.

: : : : : : Bottom line--consult an attorney in your state. Your son does not "automatically" have the right to sue you, and such suit may not be defended under your policy. Ask your attorney for an interpretation, not your agent or adjuster.

: : : : :
: : : : : : : : It depends upon the state. MOST states have done away with the Family Immunity Doctrine, which holds that you cannot sue family members.

: : : : : : : : Consult an attorney - this is sticky as well if he is a minor. In addition, take your actual insurance policy to the attorney and see if the thinks such a suit would be defended by your insurance company--some companies try to exclude intrafamily suits from coverage.

: : : : : : :
: : : : : : : : : My son and i were in a car accident it was my fault but my son was hurt real bad and almost died can he sue my insu company even if i am his mother /
: : : : : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: : : : : Oh I see that you now are adding PIP coverage to make it appear that you were thinking about before when you answered the inquiry.

: : : : : That makes three times now over the past few months you responded to a question erroneously without taking everything into consideration and when you were caught at it, you change your story about the coverage by adding an endorsement.

: : : : : Sure the inquirer is concerned, who wouldn't be it is her son. I give her a logical answer to the dilemma of the premium increase so she will not be burdened with the payment of an increase premium and then you open your mouth attempting to bash me again.

: : : : : I don't even think you are licensed. I think that you may simply be a Internet librarian looking up insurance information on the Internet reading it and then spewing on these message boards, and that's why you refuse to stand by what you post by letting everyone know who they are talking to. If that be the case, then you are a Charlatan, but a better speller than I am and nothing more than that.

: : : : : Let's alos not forget you were a PFS Agent at one time and you failed having your appointment cancelled on you by the company.

: : : : : Tell us, how much time did you spend with PFS working consumers over using your false, misleading and deceptive inducement presentations also to earn a living?

: : : : : By the way, when I receive "fightingutah" e-mail, if automatically goes into my spam mail and is deleted without being read.

: : : : : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

: : : : : : : You say your son was in your car and I am assuming he was the only passenger. You have also stated that the accident was your fault.

: : : : : : : Assuming that your son is an adult, yes, he can sue you up to the limits of your insurance Bodily Injury coverage and also for reimbursement of medical costs also if you have that coverage in your policy.

: : : : : : : Please keep in mind that he would be suing you technically, but since your insurance company represents you, the money paid to settle the claim comes from the company because they represent you.

: : : : : : : Since you say you were at fault for the accident, don't be surprised if the company raises your premium. Ask your son to pay for the increase in your insurance premium, only fair.
