: : Your right Jax, thanks for saying what I was trying to say. I most recently converted a 20CT and it had cash surrender value, but not loan value. Also converted 2 other terms that had dividend value but not cash surrender value or loan value. A month ago I may have argued the fact, but surprises never cease.
