: I would like to know why after 2 1/2 years of having the same phone number I still get anywhere from 2-8 calls a day looking for the Farmer's claims office. I have called the corect number several times to ask them to fix this problem. Nothing has been done. The customers who end up calling my house say they got the phone number from their bills, the phone book, and the internet. If they are in a accident how are they supposed to file a claim? I cannot always be home to give them the right number. It is not my job to be the Farmers insurance secretary, and I should not have to change my number because of someone else's inability to order new letterhead or update a web site.
