yes kisha, you can go after the vandal's co., but you would obviously want to write out your case, provide all proof or evidence that the vandal is who you think it is. filing a police report is probably a good first plan---vandalism is a crime.
maybe threat of persecution will encourage the violater to at least try to make amends, even if they can't pay the full amount of the damage.
