I've had some experience with Primerica and other insurance companies, and my experience with Primerica gave me a negative impression. They do brainwash you into thinking you will achieve huge success if you work for them no matter what educational background you come from and actually show you the pictures of people who make huge amounts of money in Primerica. I will not deny that Primerica is huge, that is because they play a numbers game, recruit everybody, whether they are suited or not and get them to sell their products. I went for a few interviews, when I said a few it was because they advertised in the paper and just tell you to come in without telling you what the job is for or what company and I got tricked a few times. The last one I went to had a "office" that was very unprofessional, the "regional manager" or whatever you call him had a small cubicle in the corner, the only computer I saw there belonged to the receptionist, the name of the company was not listed in the Building's directory in the lobby, the door to their office only had a paper sign that said "Primerica" instead of the usual metal plate with a company's name inscribed in it, it just looked like the office wasn't going to be permanent and they didn't even try to hide that fact. When I got there, they just kept on showing me success stories and tidbits or excerpts of paper which had Primerica on it, most of the articles or magazines which had these articles I have never heard of in my life. They just kept using words such as "Unlimited earning power", "Be your own boss", "become successful", "live your dream" etc etc. I don't know what it is, but everytime I go to one of those things, I actually get brainwashed.

I have been to other insurance company's recruiting interviews such as AIL (American Income Life), Freedom 55 financial, and Clarica. These companies actually screen out people who are not suitable because they have to put money into training and hiring you as an agent. Freedom 55 financial actually pay you while you are in training and have some sort of support package while you try to establish your clientele and so does Clarica, both of which have better reputations which would probably help you when you are trying to sell a product. I think you should choose one of those because they actually have people doing work in the office other than trying to recruit the world.
