I had the One Health Plan with a former employer. Even though lab work was done by a company listed as an In Network company, One Health Plan would not cover this and I was charged as out of network. Also, I have had the problem where a physician said that they were covered under One Health Plan and then the invoice was kicked back for being out of Plan. This company is obviously having some serious administrative problems. I am still trying to settle one invoice for a physician who was supposed to have been in plan at the time of service. I am so glad to be away from this incurance company as it was trouble from the first time we had to use them.
