Don't give up! Get to the Physician's Insurance representative who files the insurance and be stubborn until you get someone who can tell you what insurance companies are covered as network. That person has the power to call and get the insurance paid by One Health Plan. I have returned 11 EOBs to One Health Plan at one time and 22 at another. I document when I call and who I talk to. I keep track of every possible thing. Once you have gotten through to the Doctor's insurance representative and explained the problem with One Health Plan they can understand better that One Health Plan doesn't recognize all of their covered doctors as IN NETWORK.

I have done this over and over for the two years we had that insurance. I had to put in writing my complaints sometimes but I did get all my qualified benefits taken care of. You can too! Be persistent! don't give up! ONE HEALTH PLAN is committing a good bit of fraud through their method of paying NETWORK claims as OUT-OF-NETWORK over and over until the patient gives them enough proof of Network coverage.

Good Luck!
